Intellectual Property, VC Investing & Exits: War Stories & Lessons Learned
The GIPA VC IP Roundtable is an organization focused on promoting the interests of intellectual property amongst the VC and capital communities in Georgia. For this introductory meeting, we will explain the goals of the organization and how we plan to help promote IP and business in Georgia.
We will then transition to a panel discussion to discuss IP “war stories.” Given that IP is a large part of the tech landscape and is a significant component of enterprise value, factors driving this value are areas of concern for both investors and buyers.
