An adventure in ethics is planned for this meeting. The Program title is “Memoir of an Ethics Guru in Three Scenes.” We will cover ethical issues that arise in intellectual property practice for both corporate and firm attorneys, particularly choice of law issues governed by Rule 8.5 of the Georgia Rules of Professional Responsibility.
